Where reflection becomes alignment.
A creative platform rooted in cognitive dissonance — the tension we feel when our attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors don’t line up. That tension isn’t something to run from. It’s something to learn from.

Freds Dissonance
Book Now
We create experiences, conversations, media, and spaces that challenge people to examine what they believe, how they behave, and who they are becoming.
The work reaches classrooms, organizations, conferences, and communities — but it always begins in the same place: within ourselves.
Our Philosophy
Every piece of this work moves through the same four steps.
Notice the gap between what you say you believe and what you actually do — then sit in it long enough to understand it, change because of it, and prove the change with something you build.

What we Stand for..
Fred’s Dissonance exists in the space between what we say we believe and what we actually build.
Our values are how we close that gap.
-
People deserve the power, resources, and opportunity to author their own narratives and futures.
We challenge narratives written about people without them. Through storytelling, education, media, or the stage, people should have the tools to tell their own stories — and the power to determine what comes next.
-
Lead through the uncomfortable moment, not around it — and leave people more capable than you found them.
Leadership isn’t avoiding tension. It’s having the courage and care to move through it. Good leadership develops people rather than creating dependence on the leader.
-
Nobody should have to shrink to stay in the room. Rooms get built so they don’t have to.
Belonging is more than being invited. It’s having the freedom to arrive fully as yourself. When existing spaces require people to become smaller, we build better spaces.
-
Legacy
Pipelines to professions instead of prisons — and practitioners who get paid, not just praised.
Impact should outlive the moment. We create pathways that move talent toward opportunity, ideas toward ownership, and practitioners toward sustainable careers. Representation without resources isn’t enough.
“Recognize the gap. Challenge the narrative. Build the room. Leave something behind.”
