JAMESTOWN JUNETEENTH

Fred's Dissonance proposes a Jamestown Juneteenth 4th Annual celebration with the support of Wearexone experience, Heather McDougall and The Art Center . To produce 1st annual Jamestown Juneteenth, Fred's Dissonance is partnering with Jamestown Art center. Afro Futurism using history as a way to make the future freer for all of us is the focus of this one day celebration at the Jamestown art center June 22nd, 3pm to 6pm.

Purpose

Crafted as an immersive experience, the 1st Annual Jamestown Juneteenth aims to celebrate Black history and Afro-Futurism, focusing on art as a powerful medium for expression and education.

Taking inspiration from the successful Fargo Juneteenth celebration, our event will similarly integrate education, entertainment, art, and volunteerism. Like Fargo's celebration, Jamestown Juneteenth will be free and open to all community members.
